COMMUNITY GRANT 2016-17

VAF’s Community Grant fund is not currently accepting new applications.

Thanks to a generous donor, VAF launched a further one-off round of its successful small Community Grant fund in August 2016. Scotland’s smallest volunteer-led community groups could apply for up to £1,000 to help them continue their vital work.

We were particularly keen to fund activities that would help build and develop strong organisations, eg training for committee members and volunteers, visits to other organisations and conferences or professional support and consultancy.

We would be delighted to talk to other donors who would like to contribute to Scotland’s vibrant community sector to support the delivery of services and activities vital to our communities. For further information, please contact Steven Paxton, Business Development Manager (Steven.paxton@vaf.org.uk).
